What is MOLE?

Welcome! In July 2020, the Moran Eye Center revamped its approach to resident education. With the collaboration of residents and faculty, we developed a dynamic flipped classroom curriculum that emphasizes interactive learning over traditional lectures.

We have created this page as a central hub for faculty support and teaching resources. We have also included the results of the quality improvement research.
