Brief Description: This is a Yamane (scleral fixated haptic flange) complication where the haptic breaks intraoperatively and this happens INSIDE the eye. So we have to remove the broken haptic and figure out how or if we can still fixate the lens. This is an AR40 lens with PMMA haptics.
