Title: IOL Exchange MX60E GETS STUCK!
Author: Austin S. Nakatsuka, MD
Date: 12/26/2024
Brief Description: This is a case where I exchanged an MX60e lens (by Bausch and Lomb, no financial disclosures) that was causing negative dysphotopsias with a L161ao silicone lens in the sulcus. However, the MX60e lens got stuck! The area that was stuck was a few adhesions between the optic-haptic junction. So I had to do a few things to free it from the capsule to remove it safely.
