Brief Description: This is a research presentation of the potential of Comp-ang1 as a therapy for central retinal artery occlusion  (CRAO). A discussion of current treatments for CRAO is presented, although there is, at the time of this presentation, no proven treatment for CRAO. Comp-ang1 is studied in mice for its effects on the ischemic damage to the retina and whether it improved visual function. The data for these studies is discussed.
