Brief Description: This presentation provides an extensive review of the effects of vascular perfusion and intraocular pressure in glaucoma and normal tension glaucoma. A discussion of how to measure the vascular perfusion of the eye is undertaken. Drug development with regard to vascular perfusion of the eye and glaucoma is discussed.
