Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a elderly male with several months of unilateral punctate epithelial infiltrates in a dendritic pattern and with pannus. The condition was unresponsive to antiviral, antibiotic, and anti-inflammatory treatment. A differential diagnosis is given. CIN is described in detail as well as the etiology and treatment of CIN.
