Brief Description: This is a clinical presentation on pseudoaccommodation in pseudophakia including the causes of apparent accommodation. It also discusses dysphotopsia in multifocal IOLs and presents a method of predicting which patients will tolerate multifocal IOLs. Crystalens accommodation is also discussed as are ways of restoring accommodation in crystalens patients. Lastly the visiogen lens is discussed.
