Brief Description: This is a review of the techniques of performing second procedures after initial LASIK as a refractive surgery procedure. The causes of regression and error in refractive target with LASIK are discussed. A comparison of using PRK and using LASIK with flap-lift are discussed in detail. Surgical video of LASIK flap lift is shown.
