Diagnosis: Macular telangiectasia
Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a patient with crystalline deposits in the macula. A differential diagnosis of crystalline retinopathy is presented and each member of the differential is elucidated in detail. OCT and fluorescein angiography are shown and discussed. Discussion of the drug associations with crystalline retinopathy is undertaken.
