Diagnosis: Tuberculosis neuroretinitis
Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a young woman who presented with decreased vision OU and optic nerve edema and cecocentral scotoma and a macular star.   A differential diagnosis of optic disc edema and cecocentral scotoma and a macular star. A differential diagnosis of optic disc edema with macular star (neuroretinitis) is presented. Neuroretinitis is discussed in detail. A discussion of important laboratory studies to diagnose the etiology of her neuroretinitis is presented. This patient was found to have tuberculosis with neuroretinitis and this diagnosis is discussed in detail as well as management and clinical course are discussed.
