Diagnosis: Extruded IOL
Brief Description: This is a case presentation of an elderly male patient who received radiation for conjunctival squamous cell carcinoma who presented with an extruded IOL in one eye after multiple corneal ulcers and corneal perforations. The management of the extruded IOL is discussed. In addition, the ocular effects of orbital/globe radiation are discussed in detail.
