Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a middle-aged female who presented with a red eye and headache in the setting of immunocompromise and indwelling vascular port. She was diagnosed with uveitis and a retinal lesion. Further analysis revealed a ring enhancing lesion in the parietal lobe and large retinal infectious lesion that was diagnosed as Nocardia infection.
