Brief Description: This is a case report of a female child who presented with waxing and waning urticaria, anterior uveitis, arthritis, and papilledema. She had a previous diagnosis of cryopyrin associated periodic syndrome (Muckle-Wells syndrome). A discussion of cryopyrin associated periodic syndrome is undertaken including the diagnosis, clinical course, and treatment. A second patient is also reported.
