Brief Description of Video: This is a review of the differential diagnoses in esotropia and a case illustration the diagnostic processes used in identifying the cause of esotropia in a patient. It covers when to be concerned for uncommon and life threatening causes. The case study is of a child who presented with acute late-onset esotropia. Arnold-chiari malformations are then discussed in detail.
