Diagnosis: Meningioma
Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a young female who presented with painless, unilateral proptosis and ptosis and fullness of the ipsilateral face. A differential diagnosis is given and a discussion of Ewing’s sarcoma diagnostic criteria, clinical course, treatment, and prognosis are discussed. Meningioma clinical course, treatment, and prognosis is also discussed.
