Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a young child who presented with a pupil involving third nerve palsy with ptosis. This was the second time this had occurred, the first resolved spontaneously. She was diagnosed with ophthalmoglegic migraine. This diagnosis is discussed as is the clinical course, treatment, and prognosis.
