Diagnosis: Masthenia gravis
Brief Description: This is a case presentation of an elderly diabetic male who presented with sudden onset of unilateral ptosis and fluctuating horizontal diplopia. A differential diagnosis is given and an ice test was performed and is shown. Myasthenia gravis diagnostic features and testing are discussed in detail as are the pathophysiology, clinical course, and treatment of myasthenia gravis.
