Brief Description: Presentation of examples and how to categorize hallucinations, illusions, and higher order cortical visual conditions such as Balint syndrome, Alice in Wonderland syndrome, Cortical Achromatopsia, Topographagnosia, and Propsopagnosia. We provide several illustrative cases of previously listed conditions. We review relevant cortical brain anatomy to better understand various types of visual disturbances involving the dorsal versus ventral streams.
