Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a patient with pain on eye movements and severe vision loss unilaterally. He was found to have a chronic relapsing inflammatory optic neuritis. Treatment with prednisone followed by taper resulted in chronic relapse. No other disease was found.

Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a middle-aged male with a 2 month history of right sided, then bilateral numbness and weakness and difficult gait. A diagnosis of congenital hydrocephalus was made. Convergence retraction nystagmus was present. A diagnosis of dorsal midbrain (Parinaud’s Syndrome), was made after the patient developed convergence-retraction nystagmus. A discussion of the dorsal midbrain syndrome is presented.
