Diagnosis: Acute macular neuroretinopathy
Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a middle-aged female who presented with a migraines and a unilateral white spot and temporary vision loss in the left upper quadrant of both eyes. A discussion of APMPPE is undertaken with specific attention to the neurologic and neuro-ophthalmic complications in APMPPE. Additionally, acute macular neuroretinopathy is discussed.
