Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a middle-aged male who presented with a 5 month history of a blind spot in the central vision of one eye. He was diagnosed with autoimmune retinopathy based on ERG showing cone degeneration, confirmed by anti-retinal antibodies on blood laboratory values. A description of the clinical course, etiology, and treatments of autoimmune retinopathies is discussed.
