Brief Description: Case presentation of a 64 y/o gentleman with recurrent venous thromboembolism (VTE), positive lupus anticoagulant, history of multiple bowel obstructions and nasal septal perforation presenting with unilateral occlusive vasculopathy, discussion of differential diagnosis, history of granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), and points for discussion including GPA and VTE, ANCA testing, correlation between retinal vasculitis in systemic vasculitis and treatment considerations.
