Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a young woman who returned from a trip to Bali and two weeks later developed fever and mild anterior chamber uveitis and small white retinal lesions. A differential diagnosis is given. A description of West Nile virus and its clinical effects is presented including the ocular manifestations. Dengue fever is also discussed in detail with the pathogenesis, clinical features, ocular features, and management included. Rickettsia typhi is presented in detail as well with the ocular manifestations being one of the primary topics of discussion.
