Brief Description: This is a case report of a man who post-cataract surgery had a poor refractive outcome and had a secondary treatment with LASIK, also with a poor refractive outcome. Some corneal epitheliopathy was seen on exam, but a final diagnosis was not able to be made at the time of the presentation.
