Brief Description: This is a presentation of a case of a middle aged male presenting with open globe and orbital fractures after severe facial trauma. A discussion of the signs and symptoms of open globe and the management of open globe is undertaken. Specific classification of ocular trauma is given. The BETTS terminology and ocular trauma score are discussed.
