Diagnosis: X-linked ocular albinism
Brief Description: This is a case presentation of a child with x-linked ocular albinism who had a previous surgery for esotropia and now presented with exotropia. A discussion of the clinical features of x-linked ocular abinism is presented as well as discussions of this child’s nystagmus, positive angle kappa and consecutive exotropia. Strabismus surgery was conducted and the choice of surgical techniques and the outcome is discussed.
