Brief Description: This is a pair of case presentations: the first case is a teenage female with elevated optic disc and transient blurry vision. Examination showed optic nerve drusen. A discussion of the findings and clinical course of classic optic nerve drusen is discussed. The second case is a young boy who presented with disc swelling of at least one year duration. A discussion of the use of OCT in evaluation of the optic nerve is presented.
