Brief Description: This is a clinical research report on the phase 1, and 3 trials of latanoprost in children with glaucoma. The phase 3 trial was a trial of latanoprost versus timolol. In the PK trial, latanoprost products were detected in blood. In the phase 3 trial, latanoprost was found to be non-inferior to timolol.
