Brief Description: Case presentation of 48 year old male with a hx of right sided weakness 2/2 stroke and PTSD who presents with HM vision OU. Vision decreased from 20/60 over 5 months. Had normal MRI, retina exam, Mildly abnormal ERG. Diagnosed and treated for Functional Vision Loss
